WHEN WILL THE PACAKGE SHIP OUT ?
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of receipt(The carrier does pick up from the warehouse on weekend). The default shipping method (UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery) will depend on your location.

We offer free shipping(Excluding individual products) with no minimum purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Once shipped, orders generally take 7-15 business days in transit to reach their destination.(Depends on the Distance.)
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship to the continental United States(Hawaii and Alaska are not available now).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
At this time, we are only able to ship to destinations in the United States. We do not ship internationally. Email info@heatpress-machine.com to find more information!

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Thank you for placing your order with us. Shipping information will be available the day after your item has shipped. In most cases products will be processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. and then give you a tracking number by paypal.
